Hey so I know I haven't posted anything in a long time and you probably thought I disappeared for ever but things have just been really busy and hectic, between campus and exams and then second semester's hectic work load and not to forget my eventful and entertaining life I've just been really overwhelmed but I'm back!
So today's blog is a little about how I've been coping with everything and how I remain sane haha.
So when I'm overwhelmed I usually go into introvert mode and just stop talking to anyone, I normally read or listen to music and just detach myself from the world (it's an amazing feeling actually). When I feel better and I'm feeling a little less overwhelmed I tell myself that I am in charge of my feelings and I control how the rest of my day will go, I can either get into bed or crawl under a rock (which I must admit I do often) or I could get on with what I need to do and do it with a smile and positive attitude #positivity because I feel that's the best way to feel better. Yes I know, I know it's harder to do than say but trust me if you just give yourself that little push by the end of the day you'll feel a lot better then if you stayed in bed (and ate that packet of crisp and that slab of chocolate while watching repeats of pretty little liars). And on that note I'll leave you with this:
